This clock icon can be used to add tags to pages. After installation, it adds a clock icon in omnibar. You only need to install “ Better History” Google Chrome extension in your browser. But good thing is that there is a Google Chrome extension which can enhance this page to let you browse history by date and tags. There is no simple option to just filter history based on browsing date. If you want to see pages you accessed in a specific date, you will have to go down to see older pages till date for which you access history. By default Google Chrome offers simple history page where you can access all of pages you accessed in the browser.
